Red Beet Cream Soup with Blue Cheese



NISSI steamed red beets 500g
Cream 100g
Blue cheese 100g
NISSI rosemary 20g
Toasted white bread
Vinegar 9%

Directions how to cook:

Cut the red beets into rather big pieces and blend them. Pour the mass into a pot, add 0,5 L water. When the mass is boiled, add cream, chopped rosemary, for better taste, add salt, sugar and vinegar.

Before serving, strew with blue cheese and white bread toasts.
