Potato Wedges with Parmesan Cheese and Bacon



NISSI potato wedges 500g
Smoked bacob 200g
Parmesan cheese 50g
NISSI greens
NISSI rosemary 20g

Directions how to cook: 

Mix the potato segments in the spices, then add bacon, cut in straws. Pour some oil in a bowl, and put the potato mass into the bowl, and strew with chopped rosemary. Put the dish into a 170 0 C hot oven, leave the dish for 10 - 12 minutes. When the dish is ready, strew it with chopped Parmesan cheese and greenery.
