Baked Potato Pudding with Champignons



NISSI potato slices 500g
Champignons 250g
Cream 125g
Onion 100g
NISSI thyme 20g


Directions how to cook:

Cut the champignons into rather big pieces, fry them with onion, chopped into cubes, then add salt, chopped thyme and ground pepper. Place the potato slices in a bowl, which is envisaged for the cooking in an oven, and put the fried mass over the potato slices, then pour the cream and strew with grated cheese. Put into a 175 0 C hot oven, and cook for 10 - 12 minutes.

It is a great garnish for the fish meal, as well as it is a favorite vegetable dish.
